Can you provide a high level of customer service support to the Lifelong Learning Centre? Are you well organised with effective communication and interpersonal skills? Would you like to work in this busy team supporting a key part of the student journey?
The Lifelong Learning Centre focuses on work with students who might otherwise not have opportunity for study at the University of Leeds. This includes mature learners, apprentices, part-time students and those, of any age, for whom an intensive foundation course provides necessary preparation for progression to a degree. We have a strong commitment to providing an outstanding and supportive experience for our students. This extends to high-quality, student-focussed administration.
We are looking to appoint a Student Education Assistant to our student education service (SES) team. You will deliver administrative support for designated programmes with work that ranges from the first point of enquiry from prospective students through to support with the handling of assessment processes. You will have knowledge of delivering student services in a higher education environment coupled with experience of effective working in a busy, customer-focussed setting.
