Senior Graduate School Officer at University of Roehampton

The Graduate School, which sits within the Research Office, works in partnership with academic departments to deliver an outstanding research student experience from point of enquiry to completion. We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, organised candidate who will be comfortable delivering and enhancing key functions related to student records and data, to join our team.

The role holder will be responsible for the high quality management and delivery of all aspects of administration associated with the Postgraduate Research Student (PGR) lifecycle and will provide a high level of service from enquiry to completion, in accordance with University processes, the Academic Regulations and Quality Assurance standards.

Key to the success of the role is ensuring high quality, accurate PGR data to support departmental business planning and key University agendas.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding service in a higher education setting.

It is expected that interviews will be held: Week commencing 28 May 2018.
