Salary: Grade 2 (pro rata based on 35 hours), £15,721 to £16,341 per annum, with potential to progress to £16,654 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution.

We have an exciting opportunity at Sport Sheffield for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a health and fitness environment looking to use their skills and experience to make an impact on our customers.

Sport Sheffield is a department of the University of Sheffield which manages all aspects of sport, including facilities and related services. The facilities include 170 station gym, 33.3m pool, strength and conditioning room, bouldering wall, squash courts, sports hall, studios, extensive outdoor pitch provision.

You will have a key role to play to ensure that we provide a quality sporting experience for students and other customers.

As the post holder you will be expected to provide advice and assistance to our wide ranging customer base, undertaking some admin duties as well as taking bookings, payments and responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email or face to face. You will also offer support to the Customer Service Coordinators and Membership Coordinators.

Opportunities for career development as a stand-in Team Supervisor will be provided for anyone showing a flair in an operational team environment.

It is anticipated that interviews will take place week commencing 14th May 2018.
