Programme Officer (Years 1 and 2) Exams at Imperial College London

Campus: South Kensington London, but expected to spend a proportion of their time on the various College and School of Medicine/hospital sites as and when required. 

Develop your career further by joining Imperial College School of Medicine as our new Programme Officer (Years 1 and 2) Exams.

As the Programme Officer, you will be responsible for administering the planning and delivery of all operational aspects of Years 1 and 2 with particular responsibility for examinations.  You will also support the Programme Manager in identifying, planning and implementing opportunities for improvement of existing administrative mechanisms, developing solutions and implementing approved changes.

Working closely with the Programme Manager, Head of Year, Head of Assessment (Early Years), and key academic leads, you will provide the administrative support for the development and delivery of all aspects of the Years. You will ensure that students are well supported, providing high quality, timely information and responding to queries in a professional but approachable manner. You will also support integration across the programme, including educational initiatives and the development and review of the curriculum and assessments.

All FEO staff are expected to spend a proportion of their time on the various College and School of Medicine/hospital sites as and when required.
