We are recruiting a Programme Administrator to support our Continuing Professional Development Short Courses and Research Degrees, within the School’s Teaching Support Office. The post is full-time and fixed term for one year.
Applicants must have proven administrative experience in a student-facing role (preferably in an education setting), together with experience of organising a busy workload, attention to detail and working independently and as part of a team.
The post involves acting as first point of contact for enquiries from students, staff and external stakeholders, managing student records, updating programme materials, assessment, committee support, and working with confidential and sensitive information. The post also involves extensive communication with a wide range of people; therefore, a high standard of written and spoken English is essential. The postholder should have strong IT skills.
