London College of Fashion has an exciting opportunity for a product design and development specialist to play a key role in the academic leadership and management of our Bachelors and Masters courses.
As Programme Director, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the curriculum across the BA (Hons) Fashion Design and Development, Fashion Contour, Fashion Sportswear MDes International Fashion Production Management and MA Fashion Futures courses.
You will oversee the management of the Programme, which will include all areas of learning, teaching, the assessment of students, academic quality standards, resource management and leading a team of Course Leaders and managing Lecturers.

Demonstrable and significant experience in product design and development, with relevant professional experience in the fashion industry and teaching experience at HE level is essential.
You will also need to be able to motivate and lead a team effectively, setting clear objectives and applying innovative approaches to course leadership, teaching and learning.
