Working Pattern: 16 hours per week – 4 hours Tuesday, 6 hours Wednesday and Thursday
Salary: Grade 4, £18,777 to £20,989 per annum, pro rata. Potential to progress to £22,876 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution.

Sport Sheffield is a department of the University of Sheffield which manages all aspects of sport, including facilities and related services. The facilities include 170 station gym, 33.3m pool, strength and conditioning room, bouldering wall, squash courts, sports hall, studios, extensive outdoor pitch provision.

You will have a key role to play to ensure that we provide a quality sporting experience for students and other customers.
As the post holder you will be expected to support to both current and prospective members, manage the membership database, help agree new promotions and plan and implement schemes to enhance our fitness membership offering, introduce new members and encourage repeat business. You will work alongside the Customer Service Coordinators to ensure a consistent across the Front of House operation.
