HR Projects and Systems Administrator at SOAS University of London

Full time (35 hours per week 1.0 FTE)

The Role and its Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to support the HR Systems, Projects & Equalities team in delivering the required changes resulting from the School’s Strategy and HR Directorate’s objectives, and to support work with HR Systems colleagues in delivering new systems functionality/improvements, user support and systems maintenance. You will also be required to support the HR Systems Officer and HR Systems and Projects Lead on day-to-day duties and priorities and carry out any reasonable, additional administrative duties and project work as required.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of using Human Resources Information Systems such as ResourceLink. You will also have experience of developing webpages or intranet sites coupled with the ability to use Microsoft Visio or similar software to produce organisational charts, flowcharts and process maps. You will be a team player with the ability to work as part of the HR Directorate, including forming effective working relationships across teams and functions, and external stakeholders.
