Applications are invited for the newly created post of Human Resources (HR) Change Leader. The post holder will work with the Director of Human Resources, the Head of HR Operations and other HR colleagues leading on a range of high level HR activities and projects as identified. This is a fixed term role for 12 months to provide additional capacity to help the department in managing a range of high level projects. The post holder will backfill HR colleagues as applicable or may be assigned specific project work as applicable. The successful candidate will sit within HR Operations and may be expected to assist with high level HR transactional support and advice on rewards and benefits and employee relations.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate extensive experience of successfully working in an operational and strategic role to facilitate delivery of a high quality, customer focused HR service in a large organisation. Significant experience of proactively leading on the design, production and implementation of new HR policies and processes is required together with extensive experience of successfully producing a wide range of documents including committee minutes and agendas, committee reports, action plans, policies, work instructions and management information. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent IT skills and the ability to produce and manipulate a wide range of management information. Applicants for this post will need a first degree together with a level 7 CIPD qualification. A formal project management qualification would be desirable.
Applicants will also need to demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills and possess the ability to work well under pressure. Experience of working with Resourcelink HR and Payroll System and Stonefish on-line recruitment system is desirable.
This is a full time, fixed term (12 months) post based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
