Applications are invited for a newly created post of Human Resources (HR) Adviser – Change Support. Working with the HR Change Manager, Head of HR Operations and other HR colleagues as applicable the post holder will provide advice and support to a range of HR projects and operational matters. Duties will include undertaking research, producing and interpreting a range of management information, writing and helping with the production of a range of documentation and providing other support as dictated by projects and operational work.  The post holder will be expected to lead on a day to day basis on a range of defined duties as these are identified ensuring successful completion.

The post holder will be a member of the HR Operations team and will be expected to provide support for colleagues to ensure provision of a high level HR transactional service.

The successful post holder will need to demonstrate significant experience of successfully writing and producing a range of documentation including reports, policy documents and work experience. Experienced in the use of HR IT systems the successful applicant will need to work with a range of management information including undertaking research and analysing data. Educated to first degree level the post holder will need to hold a level 5 CIPD qualification and have a good working knowledge of employment legislation and its application. An excellent communicator the post holder will work with a wide range of stakeholders developing effective working relationships to achieve planned objectives.  

This is a full time, fixed term (12 month) post based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
