UCL Innovation and Enterprise aims to encourage, engage and inspire entrepreneurship; providing the relevant support and learning to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of UCL students, researchers, staff and alumni, adding value to the UK economy and society.
Working in the entrepreneurship team, the Entrepreneurship Programme Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the programme of engagement and learning, to encourage students and early career researchers to engage in entrepreneurship and, where appropriate, support with setting up their own business. Under the supervision of the Director for Entrepreneurship, you will be responsible for driving forward the delivery and continuous development of our new entrepreneurial roll on roll off programme, to support the talented students, staff and alumni we serve.
The role holder will have a proven track record of successful line management and development of staff, demonstrating the capability to lead and manage a team of Entrepreneurship Programme Officers.
