Flinders is offering a strategically important and highly influential position of Dean (People and Resources) in the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences to a proven performer who is determined to make a difference.

Reporting to the College Vice-President and Executive Dean, the successful candidate will be a suitably qualified Higher Education specialist skilled in the development and management of academic staff and resources, and able to drive innovation within the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences.
