Admissions Administrator x2 at Leeds Arts University

Leeds Arts University is now recognised as the only specialist arts university in the North of England. Two vacancies have arisen for an Admissions Administrator, based in our busy Admissions team. You will have responsibility for the administration of Further Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate applications, interviews and enrolment processes. The role requires the accurate input and maintenance of computerised student records, ensuring a first class admissions and recruitment service. You will be expected to offer accurate and professional advice to applicants whilst ensuring quality and standards are maintained. You will contribute to the administration and development of admissions systems and liaise with applicants, course teams, business support staff and external customers.

The successful candidate will have adequate experience of working within a customer facing environment. They will have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload. Also required are excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Knowledge of Agresso student record system and experience of working within educational administration or a similar environment are desirable.
